​There were only a few coffee beans left and not enough for my roaster friend to create a batch. However, he was able to mix them together for an ultimate, full-flavored, most-pleasing batch of coffee. Each type of bean brought their individual notes to the forefront to create something distinctively strong, unique, and aromatic. The few coming together to fulfill a purpose. My friend, David, said I should name this "The Remnant" - I fully agreed!

It made me think of the remaining few coming together in God's name, even when you feel alone following His heart instead of the worldly wiles. Take heart and may our lives be a wonderful aroma and testament to those around us.
